The method I am teaching here is based on my personal experience with meditation. I practice and follow an ancient traditional Vipassana technique but make it work for someone who doesn't have the luxury of attending a week-long or 10-day meditation retreat where the technique is usually taught. You get the benefits if you follow the practice and make it consistent.
There is no magic. No religion. No spiritual context. No preaching. This is a mental exercise that will make you more in control of your mind. You put the effort in and get the results.
You don't need any prior meditation experience. The practice is open to all religions and spiritual beliefs because it is based on the Laws of Nature and applicable to all human beings. Suffering is universal, so the remedy is universal and should be available to all.
All you need is a quiet indoor space where you will not be distracted or disturbed. Have a comfortable seating - you may:
The most difficult part of meditation is to actually sit for it. The rest follows. Be patient and trust yourself in whatever it is going to come up. This is your practice, it is unique, it is yours and yours only.
Meditate with us.
Meditation teaches you to connect to yourself and to live a conscious life where you are in control of your mind and the decisions you make
Meditation is a mental exercise where you learn to master your thoughts and to act consciously when something triggers your stress-infused reaction to an external event
Meditation is not about following any rituals or dogmas - it is purely experiential practice where you learn to become an independent thinker and not being influenced by an outside noise
